– The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
– You must provide proof of purchase.

**Return Process for Defective Items:**

1. **Contact Us**: Within 30 days of receiving the defective item, email our customer service team at support@pittsburghstarsgear.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and, if possible, photographs showing the defect.

2. **Return Authorization**: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the defective item.

3. **Shipping**: You will be responsible for shipping the defective item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. **Inspection and Refund**: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the item is found to be defective, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

**2. Non-Returnable Items**

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on items that are not defective. This includes, but is not limited to:

– Items that are not defective or damaged.
– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

**3. Exchanges**

We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective item, please follow the return process outlined above. For non-defective items, since we do not accept returns, we cannot offer exchanges.

Once an order is placed, it goes into production quickly due to the custom nature of our products. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been processed.
